Frathekk Foundation is an organization in special consultative status with ECOSOC Of The United Nations Since July 2012. We are a non-profit organization that seeks to better the lives of those people in need. FRATHEKK FOUNDATION, a Non-Governmental Organization in special consultative status with ECOSOC of the United Nations, was created on the 10th of October 2008 in the South West Region of Cameroon, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the state of Texas with Julius Nkengne Kadia as its President and CEO. The principal objective of this organization is to combat poverty, and improving the socio-economic situation of the rural communities in the nation of Cameroon. Frathekk Foundation also operates as a movement against all forms of discrimination amongst children, underprivileged, and other groups of individuals. OUR AREA OF JURISDICTION Our activities target especially the Southwest Region of Cameroon with its head-office in Kumba and also having international branches abroad, in Italy and the United States of America. As disclosed in Article 5 within our Certificate of Formation Nonprofit Corporation, our purpose is to take care of orphans, street children, and the underprivileged. The protection of human rights and also provide humanitarian assistance in rural and urban communities. Frathekk Foundation is recognized under the section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.  |
