Frathekk Foundation is an organization in Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC of the United Nations Organization, since July 2012. Registered under Cameroon law with registration No SW/GP/29/08/7581, FRATHEKK Foundation was founded in November 2008 with aims to cover most parts of the South West Region of Cameroon particularly Meme division. The Cameroon minister of social affairs Ministerial permit no: 2017/AS/0010/A/MINAS/SG/DPSE/SDPDE/SACIPEE of 06/ March / 2017. The official members of this organization have decided to work extremely hard to make sure its objectives are achieved with sincerity. The board members include: Julius N. Kadia as President and CEO, Enoh Celine Besingi as Secretary General, Jacquiline A. Kadia as Treasurer, Epey Nkongho Emmanuel as Auditor, Ngassa Jean Claude as Adviser, Njuafac Rosemary as Legal Adviser, Beltha Mundane as Frathekk Orphanage Care Giver.

Frathekk Foundation is helping orphans, street kids and the underprivileged through donations and charity foundations that make it possible for this non-profit charity to function. It is our mission and duty to provide assistance to these communities by providing shelter, food, clean water, clothing among other necessities. We are a helping hand that seeks to help people and communities for people in need.

We believe in honesty and it is why our system is see-through, just like water, to where you may see proof of where the funds are being used for. Most importantly, you will experience the joy and fullfilment that all of our efforts, all together, have changed and made a difference on.

As disclosed in Article 5 within our Certificate of Formation Nonprofit Corporation, our purpose is to take care of orphans, street children, and the underprivileged. The protection of human rights and also provide humanitarian assistance in rural and urban communities.

Frathekk Foundation is recognized under the section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

This foundation is also registered as a non-profit organization with the Office of Secretary of State of Texas with board members as follows, Julius Kadia (Director of Health, Healthcare and General Affairs,) Generine Shu as Director of Education and Community Development, Geraldine Abu as Secretary & Coordinator of Legal Affairs, Jacquiline Kadia as Financial Secretary / Treasurer, Kenoly Kadia as Director of Publicity & Reach-outs, Cadie Maganga as Director of Projects & Public Relations, Kenoly Kadia as Program Coordinator USA / Africa.
